Our names are Monica & Alberto. We welcome our guests in this corner of paradise with 3 simple guiding lines: thoughtfulness, making life easy, and an open smile.
Back in the 90s, we moved from Piemonte to Toscana, where in 1996 our life wove itself to Metina and the gorgeous landscape that surrounds it.
Our dogs and cats live with us and accompany us in our daily activities. From our morning walks in the neighbouring olive groves and vineyards, to the autumn (october) olive harvest, from the summer (July/August) lavender harvest and the picking of aromatic herbs, to our work in the vegetable garden and in our orchard, they are always with us.
We love traveling and meeting people from different cultures. We speak Italian, English and French, and a little Spanish. One of our passions is to explore the surrounding areas looking for those special restaurants and breathtaking tours to suggest to our guests. And while we often travel by motorbike, we always make sure these tours can be done on foot, by bike, or by car.
