Set aside from the other apartments, it has its balcony and a private patio at the front, and offers an amazing view over Montepulciano, the Valdichiana and the surrounding hills. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room, a kitchen and a storage room. On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms, one with a balcony, and one bathroom.
